Butt and Thighs Cellulite Removal
Butt and Thigh Cellulite Removal
Many women suffer self-esteem issues from unsightly cellulite on their butts or thighs, having trouble ridding themselves of excessively stored fat in these regions. Though most connect cellulite with being obese or extremely overweight, the truth is all types of women (and even men) ranging from models, celebrities, athletes, or stay at home moms deal with the burden of cellulite.
Causes of Cellulite
Since every type of woman with every type of physical figure can suffer from visible cellulite, the collection of stored fat on the butt and thighs obviously has nothing to do with obesity or weight. Cellulite is viewable as dimples, bumps, and bulges on the skin, that are caused by quite a few different factors. When the bands of connective tissue surrounding fat cells are stretched to their maximum level, cellulite is formed.
Essentially the bands harden after they have been severely stretched, making the skin less flexible. When the tissue continues to expand due to water or weight gain, it cannot be spread evenly, since the skin is already stretched beyond its natural capacity. With the help of overly stretched skin, water retention, poor digestion, poor circulation, and poor diet, accumulation of cellulite on the butt and thighs occurs.
Cellulite on the Butt
As previously stated, cellulite is created when the skin is overly stretched, causing the inability to evenly distribute additional water or weight. Skin losses its bounce whenever circulation is limited, causing cells to die due to lack of nutrition. Cellulite on the butt can develop due to simple actions, such as sitting down for extended periods of time, crouching, or even staying in a bent over position for a length of time. All these actions hinder the blood flow to the butt, allowing connective tissue to harden over time, eventually resulting in noticeable cellulite.
Cellulite on the Thighs
Much like the butt, thighs are victim to the same rules of biology. Decreased circulation causes cellulite in the thigh region the same way it does butt cellulite, by allowing bands of tissue to harden from lack of nutrients, resulting in pesky cellulite.
Actions such as crossing the legs for long stretches of time, or wearing stockings almost every day restricts the blood flow to the thighs, though it takes some time to wear down the connective tissue. Remembering to keep good posture, with the legs in a straight and comfortable position, and wearing less restrictive clothing can help to reduce cellulite on the thighs slightly; however time makes victims of us all.
Cellulite Removal Options
Though some people use plastic surgery or mesotherapy to reduce cellulite on the butt and thighs, the best known product available is still a cellulite cream. Most are packed with healthy ingredients which activate the metabolism in fat cells.
A good cellulite cream steps it up another notch, adding ingredients which help improve circulation and fluid drainage, like caffeine, ensuring quick and noticeable improvements. An effective cellulite cream can stop both the results and effects of cellulite, ensuring quality results, easy application, and a reasonable price.
